EMBEDDED 2020
EMBEDDED 2020

From 25 to 27 February 2020, everything at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg revolved around embedded systems. Despite adverse circumstances caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the associated lower number of visitors, it was a relatively successful trade fair for us. We made many new contacts, had many constructive discussions and got to know potential business partners.
This was partly due to the fact that we were able to present three of our new design studies:

One reason for this was that we were able to present three of our new design studies:

  • Our “White Rider” with its palm recognition, visual feedback and stylish appearance was a real eye-catcher.
  • The CNT (carbon nanotube) touchscreen stood out thanks to its 2×2 field touchscreen in combination with capacitive buttons and ambient light.
  • Last but not least, the “Erlkönig” added that certain “something” with its hygienic design, integrated microphone, loudspeaker, RFID reader and voice control.

In addition to the HMI design studies, we also presented our wireless sensor technology development. We are currently developing a real-time status display to make machine utilisation more transparent and accessible. We received only positive feedback from our visitors for our test applications.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Embedded World 2020 in Nuremberg and are already looking forward to the next trade fair, where we will once again be presenting new design studies and developments.

We would like to thank all our visitors for the time we were able to spend with them.
