HMI design study

The design and look and feel of a product are becoming increasingly important, even in B2B industries. At the same time, standard touch systems lack the haptic feedback that was previously provided by a button via the “click” or switching point. Our latest HMI design study addresses these two developments and attempts to resolve them elegantly.

We would particularly like to highlight the following:

design

  • Curved, dynamic shapes for an ergonomic hand position
  • High-gloss finish on glass and casing
  • 10,4″-Multitouch-Display
  • Palm detection/operation (based on EN 574)

Visual feedback

  • Central status light
  • Illuminated buttons
  • Multicoloured ambient lighting (up to IP67 possible)

We would be delighted if we have been able to inspire you a little. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly or visit us and our HMI design study at Embedded World in Nuremberg this month. We will be happy to provide you with free tickets.
